ACTUATION2015 simultaneously addresses the development and validation of standardised, modular and pooled EMA for all airframe systems. To achieve this ambitious objective, ACTUATION2015 gathers a critical mass of expertise in a wide range of skills (Component suppliers, Actuator suppliers, Actuation system supplier, A/C manufacturers, and Certification Authorities) and, especially for standardisation, the main stakeholders in the field.
The ACTUATION2015 Consortium has been drawn up in this spirit and the consortium gathers 54 partners. Goodrich Actuation Systems SAS, a UTC Aerospace Systems Company is coordinating the project.

Clemessy as a Platinum National Instrument partner, developed a specific product named “TestInView” based on NI product for design and validation of electronic systems during MIL, SIL & HIL phases.
Clemessy is involved into the design and development of the Control command and data acquisition system of the Modular test bench dedicated to validate the modularity concept of the actuators.
The solution is an evolution of our TestInView turnkey product for test benches called TestInView Evolution.
TestInView Evolution gives test engineers capabilities to federate and optimize all the aspects and proceeds of tests process, starting from the definition of the hardware platform, to the test plans, the data acquisition plan and up to the test results automated analysis. The platform allows the integration of simulation models of the prototype and/or the environment, giving the Hardware In the Loop capabilities. The CLEMESSY contribution is the design, development delivery and validation of the hardware and software platform of the Test monitoring and execution system that will be interfaced to the test rig and the Unit Under Test.
